Most housing associations will require buyers to undergo a financial assessment to confirm that they are eligible and meet the HCA affordability guidelines. If you have been referred to us by one of our housing association partners then we will conduct this assessment without any charge to you. We will explain our mortgage service to you but you are under no obligation to use this service.
We do not charge a fee for protection advice; instead we will receive commission from the product provider. Any commission payable to us will be disclosed to you prior to your protection application being submitted.
We charge 0.5% of the purchase price for this service, subject to a minimum of fee £397. We will invoice you only if negotiations are successful and you agree to purchase the property. More details about this service are available on request.
